Order Processing & Shipping Policy
Orders placed through our Website usually takes from 1 to 3 business days to process and will be processed in the order it was placed. Once the order is processed and leaves the warehouse, customer will be notified via email.
We offer our own Delivery Service and recipient will be notified via email or text within 2 hour delivery window.
An adult must be present at the time of delivery since we carry frozen food and it should be placed in the freezer as soon as it's received. If no one will be available at the time of delivery, the driver will typically try to deliver the package one more time. If nobody will be available on final delivery attempt package will go back to warehouse and customer will have two options:
- Customer can request re-delivery for extra fee: Reach out to our customer service team by calling or sending an email, request Credit Card Authorization form, Fill out all required information and after successfully receiving the payment we will re-deliver the package.
- Customer can request order cancellation: Reach out to our customer service team by calling or sending an email and request to cancel the order. Please note that in this case 15% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. Refund will go back to original payment method.
- Shipping fee for orders up to $50 - $20
- Free shipping for orders over $50!

Customer satisfaction is our priority! Please be advised that as of now we only offer local deliveries in New Jersey and New York (5 Borough). We are working hard to expand delivery zone as soon as possible.
Local Pick Up:
We offer local pick up at our NJ Warehouse, which is located in Monroe Township, NJ. When checking out, you can choose "Pick UP" option. After submitting order it will take about 2 hours to process. You will get notification once it's ready for pick up. Please note that you won't be able to pick up order without presenting you order confirmation.
