No returns/exchanges are accepted unless:
- The product you received is expired;
- The product you received is in thawed condition UPON RECEIPT;
- The product you received is wrong from your original order;
- The product you received has been damaged during the transportation.
If you fall in the above stated categories, please contact us within 24 hours from delivery for a full refund or exchange. If the return claim is made after 24 hours from delivery we reserve right to refuse a refund, give a partial refund or issue a store credit. If the exchange claim is made after grace period you will have to place a new order. We are not responsible for any kind of damage after delivery.
Orders will usually be processed in 1-3 business days after receipt of full payment. In case of any delay with your order, one of our members will be contacting on the phone/email address provided when placing the order.
To make any changes in your order, please contact us within 24 hours after placing an order and one of our stuff members will be happy to assist with modifying your order.
To cancel the order placed with Kartveli, please contact us by phone or by email within 24 hours. Cancellations require authorization before order completion. We reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the cancelled order value for handling if cancellation request is made after 24 hours from placing order.
